Robinhood Europe UAB launched tokenized US stocks and ETFs for EU/EEA users on Arbitrum in June 2025 ('Classic Stock Tokens', 2,000+ app-custodied tokens). In July 2026, Robinhood Chain (an Arbitrum Orbit L2) went live with a new generation of ~194 self-custodiable, 24/7-tradable Stock Tokens available in 120+ countries — structured as debt securities backed by shares held by Robinhood, with dividend pass-through but cash-only settlement.
